I'm having trouble getting feedback from my Ideal Customer Avatar. What is the best way to get them to engage?

Here's a scrappy way that makes a difference: Ask a question on Instagram stories, and tell people to DM you their response. 

You might not get a lot of responses at first, but if you do it regularly, you’ll get more and more. Ask a question that you genuinely want the answer to, and make it easy to answer. 

When they DM you, send them a voice text back. You don’t have to do this with everyone – a few really valuable conversations are way better than 20 superficial ones.

You can also do this through email where you can send out a simple question, have them respond, and tell everyone who responds that they’ll get a personal response back.
