Do I need to be on social media to have a successful coaching business? I have Instagram, but I'm struggling. I'm comparing myself to others, never feel good enough or interesting, and I never know what to post. Any tips on how to tackle this?

It’s very difficult to have a successful business without social media, but it’s also important to find a way that feels right for you.

Sometimes that means experimenting to find out what you like and don’t like – and there’s no harm in trying something on to see if it fits.

No matter what, you can’t worry about what everyone else is doing. I know how easy it is to compare yourself to others on social media, but that’s why I constantly remind myself that I need to keep my head down, be crystal clear on what I’m focusing on, and get it done.
